ABOUT SHEREE

Shereé Badenhorst, was born and raised in Cape Town, Western Cape, and completed her secondary education with full matric exemption from Melkbosstrand Private School in 2016. In 2017, she enrolled in the LLB Degree program and graduated with Cum Laude in 2021 from the University of South Africa. Post-graduation, Shereé pursued the Practical Legal Training Course through the Law Society of South Africa, successfully completing it in 2022.

Commencing her article contract with LLA Inc. in January 2023, Shereé focused on gaining expertise in the Medical Negligence field, culminating in the completion of her article contract in January 2024. She currently awaits admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and has been offered a position as an attorney at LLA Inc. upon admission.

Shereé derives immense satisfaction from practising law in the specialized field of medical negligence. Delving into the complexities of these types of cases, Shereé finds purpose in providing assistance to client’s who have been affected by substandard medical treatment. This allows her to combine legal expertise with a profound sense of empathy, addressing the unique challenges presented by medical negligence cases.

For Shereé, being in a position to assist others less fortunate is not just a professional duty. Her dedication extends beyond legal proceedings, embodying a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who have suffered injustices.
