Fred Liedtke is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of Commercial Law especially with acquisitions, mergers, reverse listings, capital raising exercises, corporate finance in which fields he gained vast experience over the years.
NOTARIAL SERVICES
KJ Lanser was admitted as Notary Public in the early 90’s and will assist with Notarial work like Ante Nuptial Contracts, cession of Exclusive Use Areas, registration of Notarial Deeds of Usufruct and all other aspects where the services of a Notary Public is required.
